Arroyo Village Inn is a hidden little treasure! Close enough for walking to down town and far enough away for pease and quiet. Best deal around that area by far Such a pleasurable experience, probably shouldn’t make too many comments or it’ll be overrun and I won’t get to stay there again

The room itself was extremely clean..parking was odd..si xe I was alone ..felt a little uneasy with the parking situation..no spots right in front of my room..property os set up in a U shape with roo.s and mjnimal acailable for assigned room..parki g by my rokm was either reserced or Ha dicap..homeless peeps were set up at end of street

Great motel at a great price!

Very nice motel for the price. Accommodations were clean, it was conveniently located to many restaurants and services, and the service was very friendly and helpful, yet unobtrusive. I would definitely stay at this motel when visiting this area again.

Great little cheap motel. Very small but it was clean, comfortable bed with coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom was really small. The owner or manager went out of his way and lent me a phone charger and even gave me ice out of his own freezer, as there is no ice machine.
