"The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfasts were very good. The sad thing was the view from our window. It was facing a brick wall. Other rooms seemed to have views of the magnificent countryside. I think with what we paid we should have had a room with a view. Maybe it was because we booked through Hotel.com."

"Very reasonably priced for what we wanted and breakfast included. Have a pool with a bonus as the weather was quite warm and Amy the girl looking after the pool was very attentive, as we didn’t have any towels left in the room and she provided them and always seem to be cleaning up and tidying in the spa area. Breakfast was well stocked and in a delightful dining room and again the staff were very attentive. Tom who looked after us on our arrival was extremely polite and very informative. Overall can’t follow the Hotel or the staff and as it was our anniversary weekend they’d also laid the towels out like two swans with rose petals on the bed as well on our arrival, which was unexpected but a very pleasant surprise."

"Really beautiful hotel. Great decor and you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into creating it. Food was outstanding and the staff were lovely. Didn’t get her name, but the female staff member who served us dinner Friday and breakfast was lovely. The team also helped us order a taxi to a wedding and asked us about our day. Really impressed."

"The traditional features - several lounge areas with space, comfortable seating and service, plus the modern approach to people needing to use laptops as well as have scrumptious cream teas made the Falmouth hotel excellent venue for the couple of days I stayed there. A longer stay would be comfortable, too. The bedroom was renovated with a delightful combination of charm, attention to power points, USB points etc., and wardrobe and drawer space. The location is good - close to the railway, shops and beach, and not too far to walk to Falmouth University. Most importantly, the staff were excellent- efficient and friendly."
