"The perfect, small, dry cabin."

"Communication and check-in went smoothly. There had been some maintenance, and the worker hadn't cleaned up, so we collected his items and swept up the mess. The toilet was not very securely fastened to the floor, making it uncomfortably unstable and no shelf in the shower as pictured for toiletries. Overall, we feel that we over paid for the quality of the pictures listed. For what we paid, we expected, and assumed from pictures listed, a more updated unit."

"Good: rooms were big and airy. Bad: paid deposit at time of booking and the other half was supposed to be paid at stay but the 2nd payment was charged to my credit card a month before actual stay. Had 2 pull out couches, 1 the frame was broken and the other was uncomfortable "

"OMG! Magnificent views! This house is private and quiet with panoramic views that don’t even look real. It’s a clean, comfortable little retreat only a few min drive to the Spit. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the water, mountains, sunsets and soaring eagles everyday. Make sure you visit the Kachemak oyster bar, Boatyard Cafe and Salty Dawg Saloon while in Homer. We are already looking forward to returning soon!"
