"The property was in disrepair and unclean condition. There was a leaky faucet, the toilet chain had to be attached, The bathroom smelled like it needed a deep cleaning as did the whole place. The couch and chairs had holes. The one chair's seat was completely sunk in. very uncomfortable. The couch/ hideaway bed was FILTHY. The swimming pool had a rat trap next to it. One of the jacuzzi didn't work at all and was covered with plywood. There was food crumbs in kitchen drawers and dishes needed...
