The unit was clean on arrival and there were no serious issues. There were some nitpicky items: the bathtub faucet dripped, almost all of the drawers in the chest in the bedroom and in the bathroom were full of extra bedding or towels, leaving the bedside tables the only drawers to store clothing in. There was one hanger in the closet. The bed pillows seriously need to be replaced, and the sheets could use an upgrade. Cookware is sub-standard/scratched & worn. The couch could stand to be replaced or have a slipcover to hide the worn spots. We did advise the management team about these issues, and they seemed receptive. The Embarcadero is in a nice location, and we had a good time. This condo could be a real gem if these issues were attended to. The chairs that previous guests had issues with in the living room have been replaced with nice leather chairs, so perhaps other upgrades are soon to be made. We love the decor. The walls are quite thin, which unfortunately management can't do anything about.

The property was in disrepair and unclean condition. There was a leaky faucet, the toilet chain had to be attached, The bathroom smelled like it needed a deep cleaning as did the whole place. The couch and chairs had holes. The one chair's seat was completely sunk in. very uncomfortable. The couch/ hideaway bed was FILTHY. The swimming pool had a rat trap next to it. One of the jacuzzi didn't work at all and was covered with plywood. There was food crumbs in kitchen drawers and dishes needed rewashed. The garbage disposal smelled so bad that I went and bought freshener for it. It could be a nice place but it really needs a lot of TLC and updates to furniture and a good DEEP cleaning. Not the best experience.
