Luxury Condo at the Arch in the heart of Historic Nye Beach

“Nye Beach Arch Place” is a beautiful, well- equipped condominium with simple yet tasteful design and furnishings - a breath of fresh air! The living space provides a contemporary open kitchen, dining, and living room on the upper floor to maximize the ocean view. The lower floor has two bedrooms, one with an ocean view, and two baths (with another half bath upstairs). A great place for couples, small families, or groups of 6 or fewer, looking for a memorable place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. A few steps down Beach Drive to the beach, with terrific restaurants, shopping, and art galleries at your doorstep.

The vaulted living space upstairs has a gas fireplace and a 47” flat-screen high definition smart TV. The luxury kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and granite countertops, including an island with a counter height bar, plus large dining table. A door off the living room leads to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view.

The two bedrooms are located downstairs, along with two bathrooms and full laundering facilities. The master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with high definition smart TV, an attached bathroom with two-sink granite countertop, and tiled shower enclosure and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with granite countertop, and tile and glass shower enclosure.

You can’t beat this location in Nye Beach – it is truly at the heart of Nye Beach, right next to the arched entry to Beach Drive, with lots of wonderful eateries, shopping, and activities at your doorstep. Park your car, and enjoy your stay! Some of the places you may enjoy include:
- The BEACH!! Walk barefoot in the sand, or watch a sunset from the benches above.
- Peruse books at Nye Beach Book House, try a bowl of chowder at The Chowder Bowl (my favorite chowder place!), share one of Café Stephanie’s famous chocolate chip cookies, and find a bottle of wine to bring back for a cozy evening in front of the fire.
- Newport Performing Arts Center
- Visual Arts Center and galleries
- Bay Front, and Yaquina Bay Lighthouse and State Park (5 minute drive or take the free shuttle in the summer)
- Oregon Coast Aquarium (10 minutes south)
- Hatfield Marine Science Center (10 minutes south)
- Yaquina Head Lighthouse and marine wildlife interpretive center (15 minutes north)
- Golf courses: Agate Beach (15 minutes North) and Salishan (30 minutes North)

Great Vacation Home

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was just what our family needed for our short getaway with plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space. Lots to do in the area. We would definitely stay again if we are in Newport.

Our Oregon Coast Trip

Location was great for our trip as we used the condo as a central hub. We were able to explore up and down the Oregon coast. The condo is just minutes from the beach and close to local stores and dining.

Your condo was beautiful. The upstairs, kitchen and living room was spacious and well equipped. The furniture was very comfortable and the ocean view from the balcony was a real bonus. The downstairs master bedroom had a comfortable bed, but was high off the ground and could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. My only complaint was the downstairs carpet was ready for a refresh. The location was right in the center of Nye Beach and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Next time we go to Nye Beach we would love to stay in your condo. Joel

This is a great location and set up but this condo needs some attention. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. First thing you see when you walk in and it’s gross. Also had mold in between shower tiles and dust throughout the house. You pay too much to not have a clean place to stay.

Loved the location. Having designated parking is always a plus. The carpet, especially the stairs could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, clean and as advertised. Loved having a balcony to sit on. Enjoyed watching the seagull parents sitting on their nest on the roof next door.

Really nice condo and in the perfect location. Lots of great little shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Beach access is easy and a nice stretch of beach for relaxing and enjoying a nice walk.

We had a wonderful one night stay right before Christmas. Cozy with a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. LOVED the location! 3 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful little shops and restaurants. Would love to go for longer next time.

Perfect spot for a Newport sister trip

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. We had more than comfortable accommodations for the two of us, with lots to explore shops, eateries, cafes and the beach all around us. Loved the beach view from the upstairs balcony and the quiet while being so close to everything.

We absolutely loved this sweet condo. We spent nearly a week here. It is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and very homey. Total beach vibe. Fabulous kitchen--when I saw it I was all OMG! But my partner said "no cooking, we're on vacation ;)." When not out exploring the area, we spent a lot of time on the balcony, which has a direct view of the beach and ocean. The location couldn't be better if you're looking for something central, with many shops and amenities, and a reasonable distance from other beaches, etc. I would just caution any light sleepers, because this is right in the old town area, on the weekend the master bedroom was noisy enough to disrupt my sleep. So bring ear plugs. The owners were super nice, available by message, and always ready to answer our questions. Also, they provide a very well stocked binder full of brochures and menus, which we found super helpful. Bottom line, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

we had a great time at this condo. the location was perfect, a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. it was a short walk to the beach and it was beautiful. the condo was perfect! very clean, had plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ocean.
