"The staff was very kind and professional. They spoke whenever they saw us and always checked to make sure things were okay. This was our first visit to Austin! Whenever I stay at a hotel, I'm cleaning anyway, however, some things in the bathroom needed some attention;other than this-no issues. We didn't partake in the breakfast. Jessi, Diamond, and there was another young lady that was the best. For Embassy's benefit, she worked the same shift as Diamond."
