"The overnight outside light(s) was a bit annoying from the bed nearest the door. I realize the connection to security but perhaps a baffle or redirection might help... Kitchen was great and at this time of year, air conditioning was a non issue. Over all I'd recommend these accommodations to anyone..."

"Staff is just amazing!! Front desk manager if 10 stars. We stayed 2 nights and at times felt we were in a cozy ski chalet. Some folks may write not so nice reviews of this hotel.. however… it is not the Ritz Carlton… if that’s what you are expecting stay somewhere else. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would have liked a microwave but it was just down the hall. The breakfast was basic .. but included!!! Coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. If you NEED more than that… McDonalds is right across the street. This cozy “inn” is in a great location in salmon arm. For the price.. you get what you get … we will definitely stay here again if we need to be in Salmon Arm!! Again.. cannot say enough about the front desk manager!! "
