"It's not the first time we stayed there, and it didn't disappoint. The place is clean, with a mix of regular residents and travelers. We liked the buffet breakfast, with several choices of almond milk and low fat milk, chefs on standby to make eggs, omelets and pancakes. The pool is clean, not busy and the right temperature and depth. We particularly liked the pool (billiard) table which my son enjoyed a lot. Two staff, Hanh and Adam, are noteworthy, as they exceeded helpfulness and Hanh even took time from his break to play with my son, so 5 stars to them."

"This was by far the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in. I went to Hanoi for a wedding and I’m from the US. I was only able to get breakfast a couple of times because of my schedule and it was the only meal that I had that tasted like home. The staff was EXCELLENT and extremely friendly. The grounds are well kept and all in all it was a very pleasant stay. My room was also a 10/10!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi!"

"Excellent hotel and stay in Hanoi. Our first time in Hanoi and although the hotel isn't city centre, Grab cabs are inexpensive to get around. We booked a Club room and was personally greeted and checked in to our room. We were offered welcome drinks and a pillow menu although were happy with the current pillows. Surprise fruit and cake awaited us in our room. The Club room was nice and comfortable, a little on the old side now but still great and met our needs for the week we stayed. The maids did not speak any English but any requests were through the Club lounge staff. We had breakfast daily and ate at the lounge in the evening and quality was excellent. The hotel grounds are beautiful especially with the pool and gardens alight at night. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance to the hotel. I think the main highlight over and above the facilities of the hotel are the staff, everyone is so polite and courteous. Particular mention to Sophia and Nicole in the lounge and Teddy on the main door. They were all so friendly and helpful, they are a credit to the hotel, thank you Read less"
