"For the most part this was a good hotel, our room was spotlessly clean, had an issue when we arrived with our first room, they were very accommodating and moved us to a new room (which I think was an upgrade). Was a decent stay with comfy beds etc, and decent amenities in the rooms. It does feel like it could do with a refurb though, looking tired in a few places. We didn’t use any of the restaurant facilities, but on the way out we were accused of racking up a bill in the restaurant. Which reception didn’t seem to believe was a mistake."
