"Easy check in, nice guy behind the bar and the room was very clean. It was just a bit dated, but the pub obviously is full of history, so maybe the room suits the surroundings."

"Stayed for one night, room clean, but could do with a little updating. Had dinner at the restaurant they were doing a curry night and food was very nice and great portions. Our 5 year old had a kids meal which he thoroughly enjoyed. Had cooked breakfast in the morning also good and great host."
