"the hotel was modern and looked newly built. staff very friendly. breakfast was very good and the bar had a good selection of good food and drinks. it is very close to the train station and if you reserve early a private hotel parking slots as well are available."

"I loved everything. The view of Spezia is absolutely lovely. The restaurant itself impeccable. I ate the cut of the day and they accommodated my mother with vegeterian dishes which were also delicious. If you arent renting a car be aware that there is limited slots a day the bus stops to and from there. However they are reliable. If the bus is early they wait till the designated scheduled time for said bus stop to leave. If theyre not on time that means theyre running a bit late. They never depart early. The only negative thing i can say is that the showers water pressure is a bit low. Also once the restaurant is open do not expect hot water. You get hot water in the morning or before the restaurant opens. However it can get too hot and its temperature sensitive. Thankfully its summer so showering with cold water feels lovely. It was a minor inconvenience at best. Everything else is so lovely. If im ever fortunate enough to come back here I will stay with them again. They also provide free coffee and bread. Also this is random and not the hotel/restaurant fault. But they should implement no nudity in common areas. When we were about to leave I was just grabbing the last essentials as she went to go grab a bread.When she opened the door there was another guest in the common area grabbing coffee as well but in the nude. She finds it funny but a no nudity rule should be mentioned beforehand. The guys was nice we bumped into him in the bus stop. Its a good story to tell back home"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui offrait toutes les commodités. Nous avons profité de cette semaine pour bien nous reposer. Les hôtes, Marina et Roberto étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Notre chien s’est très bien entendu avec leur chienne. On voit qu’ils aiment les animaux.L’accès à la maison est un peu difficile pour un véhicule de grande taille mais nous nous sommes adaptés après quelques jours.Encore un grand merci pour leur accueil !"

"Het huis ligt op een mooie plek. Er is prachtig uitzicht op de stad en de tuin is erg ruim. Het zwembad is niet groot maar we konden er gezellig met zijn allen (7) in zitten om af te koelen. Francesca is geweldig en reageert snel. Ze had heerlijke Groenten en fruit voor ons klaar liggen en ook de koelkast bevatte lekkers. De buitenmeubels bij het zwembad waren niet zo goed meer, maar dat zouden ze oppakken."

"We loved that the property was away from the town. After visiting the town and all the activity - it was nice to enjoy the space and the quiet. Our host's were exceptional, breakfast was more then adequate. We sat and had a glass of red wine in the evening buy it locally. Highly recommend."
