"This cabin is in a beautiful setting, very clean and has every amenity you can think of!! Its close proximity to nearby attractions (Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, other hiking trails) makes it a great choice. It’s close to town, but is very quiet and is a great place to escape city life for some quiet nature time. We could have sat in the backyard forever with the beautiful view!!The host is very kind and responsive."

"Absolutely wonderful stay at Parkview Lodge & Cabins! My boyfriend and I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were thoughtful enough to offer us extra towels and even provided water, which made us feel so well taken care of. What really stood out to us was how accommodating and helpful everyone was. We accidentally left my boyfriend’s pillow behind, and they were kind enough to agree to ship it all the way to us in Florida rather than simply leaving us to figure it out ourselves. That level of kindness and customer service is so rare and really says a lot about the people who run this place. The lodge and cabins made our stay feel comfortable, peaceful, and memorable. We’re so grateful for how warmly we were treated and would absolutely 100% recommend Parkview Lodge & Cabins to anyone visiting Avery County, North Carolina. We would happily stay here again! ❤️"

"Host was very efficient communicating needed information through out the reservation and all the way to check out. House was very clean and the kitchen was also well equipped. Great entertainment area in the lower level. House is conveniently located to a great number of local attractions. Great value.."

"This property was very nice. The communication from the host was very good. Only three main negatives. 1.) Having the 2nd bedroom outside of the main property and not attached was inconvenient. 2.) The couch and chair in the living room are old, saggy, and not comfortable. 3.) The pots and pans are very old and appear to be teflon, and some were scratched. Other than those three negatives we enjoyed our stay,"
