"I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is close Soekarno-Hatta International airport. The hotel is nice and the hotel staff is friendly. The room and bathroom is clean. However, I am a bit disapointed this morning with the attitude & service of the Porte restaurant staff. "

"Lovely rooms I had , upgraded, my room key packed in after one day annoying but got sorted quickly, breakfast was okay but I travelled alone , so every time I went from my table they kept taking my coffee away, had to keep ordering a new one 😬 but generally it was a nice place "

Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!"
