"Our stay would be considered great specially the location (next door to the Arlanda express), close to central station and restaurants, walking distance to Gamla Stan. After checking in, room assigned was not very clean but staff moved us to a bigger and cleaner room which was highly appreciated. Breakfast was free and good with lots of choices. Highly recommended. "Room comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff. It was quite warn in Stockholm during our stay and we had to keep the windows open as there was no AC. Our room overlooked a peaceful looking mostly residential street how ever, we were awoken many times by: it sounded like a recycling facility, passing families, rolling suitcases, and a 3:30 am loud serenade by several birds welcoming the early sunrise."

"It’s a great place and my second time staying here. The rooms are small yet efficient, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel has one of the best hotel gyms in the world. (Thank you for that!) The 4 star rating is reflective of the lack of room amenities (what’s wrong with leaving cotton buds etc in the bathroom?) and very poor VIP experience. Lobby coffee, breakfast takeaway foods etc are great and it really is hard to fault the hotel. "

"Staff was very nice at front desk. Rooms were a little warm despite the air conditioning, especially during sleeping hours. Amenities were thoughtful and convenient. Bar was conveniently opened late on evening but service was a little slow (was not always someone at bar) and drinks were a bit small compared to the price you pay. Staff was overall very gracious and hotel was clean and located in a very convenient area. "
