"Familjerum med 1 Queen bed och 1 Twin bed kallade de rummet, men jag tyckte det var ett dubbelrum med en extrasäng. Frukosten var sämre än vad vi förväntade oss, bland annat kall och torr bacon. Premium TV channels var två Viasat kanaler. Totalt 8 TV kanaler fungerade."

"Good location, but hotel is not well taken care off. The room and bathroom were worn down, with loads of marks on the walls and floors. Nail polish all over the bathroom floor and parts of the ceiling in the room falling. Room was also not super clean and the breakfast was very simple in comparison ..."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. Lobby is really nice and you can access the Ice Bar from the lobby (recommend to check it out). You do have to pay to go into the Ice Bar though. Location is good. I recommend this place. "

"I was disappointed in the checkin / entrance process it was difficult to get in through the main entrance door as it was all wifi dependent and the wifi outside the main door was poor and spotty at the best of times this resulted in me using data from my foreign mobile provider increasing my cost to stay here. Requested a pin code for the main door by email as there is no one to talk too but never heard back from the hotel. The restaurant was closed as well so no guidance in who to talk too or to find a person to talk to also meant no complimentary breakfast. I would consider staying here again if they fixed these problems and commuiicated better with guests as the rooms were excellent and well cleaned everyday."
