"I only booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight and it was near the airport and offered a free shuttle. I had to travel an hour from a different hotel where I was staying the night before so that I could make my flight. In other words, I went out of my way and paid an extra expense just for the airport shuttle. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk barely acknowledged me and mumbled through any conversation. I asked for the shuttle service in the morning and she said that it started at 5am. I said that I needed to go at 4am and she told me to get a cab. I went to my room and looked at the cost of a cab vs Lyft. I went back to the lobby and talked to a man at the desk and asked for help reserving a cab. He called for me and set it up. In the morning I went to the lobby at 4am and there was a stream of people leaving at the same time. We were all looking for ubers, Lyfts & cabs to pull up. Clearly there was a large need for the shuttle. In my cab, the driver asked for my hotel voucher and was surprised that I did not have one - me too. I paid with cash. Also, there is a huge sign in the hotel lobby about chocolate chip cookies and then an empty tray on the table behind it and an empty tray at the front desk. There is nothing about this Hilton experience that is special, like all of their ads want you to believe. "

"This was a good value stay. Room was very comfortable and clean as was the hotel. Not much interaction with the staff beyond check in which was polite, yet not overly welcoming. The area surrounding the hotel was industrial , lots of truck, traffic and street cleaning noise. I’d stay there again."
