"The worst part about this place is that you eventually have to leave. It was the most delightful experience and I hope to be back. The saunas and experiences were 5 stars. We paid the storage which should be free for the guest. Then the manager claimed we chose the wrong option - it is the insurance for luggage and refused to refund us"
