"The Scandic hotels pride themselves on being very directive. i.e. hang your towel on the hook, we won’t clean your room unless you ask us etc I found the room utilitarian. No carpet, so cold underfoot. No ability to control bathroom light which lit the room like a stadium when you walked through the door. So using it at night when you’re mostly still asleep and would prefer to stay that way is an eye opening experience. Bathroom had no towel bars, just aforementioned hooks so wet towels stayed...

"We needed a place to overnight before driving to Stockholm. We chose this one as it was outside the city and easy to park. Big clean fresh rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds gave us the best nights sleep in Norway. Breakfast was excellent. Note it’s not in the center but was perfect for us with a car. Car parking cost extra, about 500nok per night. Seems to be like that everywhere in Oslo."

HORRIBLE bed, HORRIBLE pillows, not enough toilet paper and "crap" under the bed. I found a cookie, a whole cookie under the bed, what the hell ??? You are going to have to do better than than !!! We are not coming back to any X-Hotel !!!"
