With lovely views across open fields, this large detached house is ideal for families looking for a holiday home close to the beach, yet is set in a quiet residential location away from the centre of this traditional seaside resort. Just a short walk from Seacroft Golf Club, with its 18-hole links course, and the sand dunes, this lovely house benefits from a good sized living space, including a large conservatory and a large, enclosed lawned garden. Skegness has something for all the family, whether it’s the traditional amusements, a day out at Pleasure Beach or simply enjoying the sandy beaches. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is nearby to the south of Skegness, with its visitor centre and great walks through the dunes and nature reserve. The centre of town is about a mile walk, or catch the buses that run regularly from a stop nearby. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Husband's 60th birthday stay

The property was in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with lovely views over open fields, within walking distance of the beach and amenities but adviceable to catch a bus or take the car if with elderly people or children. The house was nice and clean throughout. The kitchen was well equipped there was even cleaning and washing products. The game room was brilliant with dart board, air hockey, subutio table and table tennis plus loads of games for kids, there was even outdoor games plus a trampoline and football net. I could go on forever listing everything as they really have thought of everything 😊. We will definitely return in the future.
