"We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. We'd definitely stay again. As long as you're expecting a slightly "chain business hotel" ambience as opposed to a "country house hotel" vibe, you won't be disappointed."

"My wife and I had a great experience. From the time we arrived and found a parking space for our car, until the time we drove out was amazing. Staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. Food was fabulous. Room was well laid out, stocked and comfortable. Our stay at the Mermaid Inn enhanced our visit to beautiful Rye. Thank you."

"We had an outstanding stay at the Orida Hotel. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly special. For our son’s birthday, they surprised us with a banner on our door, balloons, and even a cake such a thoughtful touch! Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool was excellent and a real highlight for our family. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to choose from. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!
