"Loved the property, had a pool, view of Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle and valley, short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff helped us with tickets, information and booked taxi for us up to Pena Palace. Lovely breakfast brought to our room. Would highly recommend! "

The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. "We had a wonderful stay at Quinte Verde Sintra. Hotel (or Bed and Breakfast?) grounds are wonderful and you can see the Moorish Castle from the pool - breathtaking views! You do need a car though or Uber (or both if you are not comfortable driving around the Sintra palaces in narrow and busy streets). Owner was very welcoming and informative on how to enjoy our stay and park our cars, breakfast (optional) was a great way to start the day. Thank you very much, we will be back!"
