Die Ausrichtung des Wohnraums und der Terrasse nach Osten ist perfekt mit morgens Sonne und ab mittags Schatten. Der kleine Garten ist schön, mit einer Terrasse, Grill, drei Olivenbäumen und einem Granatapfel.
