This holiday home is on the 1st floor and has a cosy living room with integrated dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. The house is also equipped with fans, air conditioning in the living room and a TV. Outside you will find a private, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the Italian sun and spend relaxing holidays, as well as a shared garden with a barbecue that invites you to prepare meals together.
