Bella fuori, brutta dentro.

La struttura esternamente è bella, ma l'interno l'ho trovato vecchio. Accolti da una ragazza che si è assicurata che gas, luce e acqua funzionassero, poi non l'abbiamo vista più. Appena rimasti soli siamo saliti in bagno e lo abbiamo trovato allagato, abbiamo avvertito subito la receptionist che ci ha assicurato che in serata o l'indomani ci avrebbe risolto la questione:l'avete vista voi? Noi neppure, in compenso abbiamo trovato sulla sedia all'esterno un pacco di asciugamani di scorta che sono serviti per arginare l'acqua che usciva dalla tazza rotta del vater, (non era una rottura di giornata) e siamo andati avanti così tutta la settimana. Un asciugamano aveva delle vistose macchie, e pure sul pavimento c'erano le gocce dell'imbiancatura non pulite, senza parlare delle stoviglie in dotazione che non avrei mai usato. Dopo 3 giorni l'asciugamano ha cominciato a puzzare per l'acqua che ristagnava, meno male che il soggiorno è durato solo 5 giorni! Altro asciugamano antiallagamento anche attaccato al piatto della doccia, giusto per non farci mancare niente! Al check out c'era una ragazza che alle mie rimostranze è caduta dalle nuvole, e pensare che ho pagato pure per la pulizia finale😠😠 Io non mi aspettavo granché per il prezzo che ho pagato, ma un minimo di risposta al problema che avevo con il vater me la dovevano dare. Mai più, lo sconsiglio a chiunque ami vivere nel pulito!

Déjà à l’accueil on vous annonce tous les suppléments que vous devez payer frais de ménage obligatoire taxes frais de club obligatoire alors qu’il n.y avait plus d’animation et qu’on en a pas bénéficier bref votre séjour vous coûte le double que prévu Ensuite internet que à l’accueil notre villa se situait à environ 1 km donc pas pratique La villa mignonne mais à déconseiller à un couple âgé escalier en colimaçon très étroit Seul,point positif 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain petit jardin agréable et très calme,

un'esperienza negativa al massimo...sicuramente non sceglierò più Porto Ottiolu Resort per le mie vacanze ... Ho pagato doppio soggiorno per un errore non mio...Ho pagato €190,00 per una notte in una location senza aria condizionata, senza zanzariere, e senza teli per la doccia.Le pulizie lasciano desiderare ma ho pagato oltre i 190 anche 75,00 euro per le pulizie.Ovviamente per il doppio pagamento la struttura se ne lava le mani, non ho ancora ricevuto un rimborsp da uno dei due siti da cui go ricevuto doppia conferma con 2 numeri di prenotazione differenti per la stessa notte presso la stessa struttura.... ma son sicura che non andrò mai più e sconsiglio vivamente la location.

Grazioso residence a 2 passi dal mare

Località davvero carina quella di porto ottiolu con un mare stupendo e la zona del porto con molti localini per mangiare e passare le sarà estive. Il residence è davvero carino, il bilocale è molto grazioso e pulito. Lo consiglio.

Buona posizione, ma non e' un resort

Buona posizione, piccola spiaggia vicina a piedi. Fuorviante la parola resort. Sono alloggi in palazzine distanti dalla reception. Letti scomodi. Casa decente e buona negli spazi. Spartana negli arredamenti. Sufficiente per una famiglia. Piccolo furto il pagamento delle tessere club.

No aircondition and no fans...

The place was quit big and nice, but it was a drive from the beach and very hot! Since there was no aircondition (that we knew) and not even a fan in the bedra om, it became very difficult to sleeping. Overall an OK place to stay.

Upea sijainti ja kiva asunto

Upea sijainti idyllisen vierasvenesataman yhteydessä ja ihanien kilometrejä pitkien rantojen kupeessa. Meille tarjottiin ensin todella huonoa huoneistoa, mutta valituksen jälkeen pääsimme tähän merinäkymällä, keittiöllä, astianpesu- ja pyykinpesukoneella varustettuun unelma-asuntoon. Asuntoa ei siivottu, eikä lakanoita vaihdettu kertaakaan. Hotellin henkilökunta on todella ystävällinen, mutta he eivät tienneet esim bussiaikatauluista mitään. Wifi toimi vain hotellikompleksin aulassa ja erittäin harva puhuu englantia. Ystävällisiä ihmisiä, kaunis, upea luonto ja hyviä ravintoloita. Voisin lähteä uudelleen vaikka heti huomenna!
