5/5 Excellent
Quick weekend stay.
"It was amazing. Booked the wrong beds but that was my fault. The location was great for the O2. I loved how minimalist, clean and cozy the room was."
"I found this hotel amazing the yacht itself was luxurious but the bed in the hotel was so uncomfortable and literally didn’t sleep a wink also the breakfast was disappointing admittedly I arrived at 9.40am but the limited food left was very below the standard I expected for such a luxurious hotel, I would stay again if there were comfier beds, I stayed in a dockside suite"
"Overall this was an excellent hotel with the perfect suite for a family of five (3 kids). The location was ideal for public transportation! The only semi-negative thing that happened was that the safe suddenly stopped working the day before we had to leave the hotel and the hotel took a lot longer than we anticipated to get it fixed, despite mentioning many times that we had a train to catch the next day. They did not come until the next day (late morning) and we had to push back our train tickets, causing us to be stuck with terrible seats since it was a last minute change. I know some things are out of their control but I did wish for a higher sense of urgency from them on getting it fixed. Other than that, I actually would go back to stay at this hotel."

"Great hotel for visiting or exhibiting at Excel London. We parked in their parking area and didn't have to pay the normal Excel parking charges. Very helpful staff. Only weird thing was having to use the room card to make the lift work"
