"From the moment we arrived, we noticed the hotel's delightful signature scent, which created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Every area of the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bright, uplifting colour scheme added to the overall pleasant and relaxing ambiance. Our room was very comfortable, featuring a cozy bed and plush pillows that made for a great night's sleep. The in-room coffee was surprisingly good quality, and the elevators were fast and efficient. The hotel truly has everything you need for a beach getaway. Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, and direct beach access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels are provided as part of your stay, which was a wonderful convenience. The hotel also supplies shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and filtered drinking water. Another great feature is the on-site convenience store, where you can purchase snacks, drinks, coffee, and souvenirs without having to leave the property. We stayed on the 8th floor, where there was an ice machine conveniently located nearby. I was able to fill my cooler bag with ice each day and bring it to the beach so we could enjoy cold drinks throughout the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and excellent beachside convenience. It offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They could improve the menu options and cleaning the beach (seaweed)."

"Set up like a small studio apartment, the room was very comfortable, clean, and gave a feeling of staying with family/friend. Although, most of the check-in and check-out are electronic, the staff was accessible, and seemed very happy to help. The Fernando Flats is a short walk (about 7 minutes) to the beach, and about 20 minute walk to restaurants and stores. Also, there were no issues/delays getting a ride share."

"Everything was excellent… Knowing there was a pool but I could not use it was a bummer… The whole reason to stay there in that specific location was I love to swim in pools even after swimming in the ocean… For me I would have never booked that space If I had known I could not use the pool… Ps. The pool was beautiful but un-usable and had danger signs not to use…But no one could explain why… Again, beautiful location, great layout, very super clean…Just no pool usage…"
