The dresser was so small in width and the drawers didn’t pull all the way out, so it was basically unusable. The bed was so high I struggled to get into it and it was uncomfortable. Sheets seemed like microfiber not cotton and a cheap blanket. Shower had no shelf to put shampoo or other products on. The towels provided were poor quality and seemed more like decorative towels. The patio area was disappointing as well because there were no cushions on the lounge chairs. We had higher expectations for a unit at the Ritz-Carlton. Honestly, and unfortunately, it was the worst VRBO experience we’ve ever had. "
