"We were delighted with our choice of hotel; excellent location, delightful room with additional heater if required, coffee machine and exceptional soft furnishings. The bar was buzzing during our stay providing a very upbeat atmosphere and, in addition, there was a bar reserved for residents. Virtually everything was spot on though I felt the service at breakfast could be much improved. This was our one disappointment; the breakfast itself was excellent but someone needs to take responsibility for ensuring the buffet breakfast items are replenished on a regular basis. "

"Now drills but excellent value. Nice area. Room has everything including towels, TV, comfy bed. Access to a kitchen is great, with seating area. Pots, cutlery and crockery all available with microwaves and stoves. Could do with a few more cooking utensils- luckily I travel with a good knife, board and basics as there are no knives, scissors, cutting boards, strainers, etc. But I will certainly make this my go-to when back in Lincoln"

"Really quirky and comfortable B&B with the most amazing hosts. We were made to feel so welcome and Anna makes the best ever homemade cookies! My friend is gluten and dairy free and Iain and Anna could not have been more accommodating. Excellent breakfast, comfy and very clean rooms. Sorry we only stayed one night! "
