Lovely place, lovely bedding, clean, modern. Check out is at 10 whicn personally i think is too early it should be 11 and then to get a knock at the door at 9.40 and then just walk in and say u need to be out by 10 wow and no batteries in telly remote and when messaged just said ok thanks for letting us know.

Access worked well via code communicated via email. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Small bathroom with nice rainfall shower. Location was ideal sitting at the bottom of Steep Hill between shops and historic Lincoln (castle/cathedral).

Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage.
