"The spigot in the shower constantly dripped and made excessive noise constantly. Breakfast was very fresh and hot. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "

"We weren't sure of the location of the hotel as it seemed to be placed in a residential area (the appearance) but overall the location was fine for the night we needed to stay for a sports tournament. The check-in was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not new or freshly remodeled but you can tell the staff have done there best to keep it in the best condition possible. If you are looking for a sparkling fresh feel, this may not be for you. It worked for us. Staff who care is the reason this location is doing well. "

"Staff was kind, big fridge with freezer was nice, but this place REEKED of cigarette smoke. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and we canceled after the first night. My clothes were so stinky just from being in the room. Yuck!"

"Best complementary breakfast ever and the staff is pretty sharp attending it, I’ll stay there again just for that…. Rooms are ok but the building itself is not good and the location is sketchy, pretty close to the convention though…. Overall it is a place just to just sleep and get a really good breakfast with a staff that actually care about it"

"The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable and the mattress has visible stains. The manner in which the room was arranged made it so you couldn't see the TV from the couch, only the bed, which was out of sync for what my family needed. The indoor pool looked nice, but it was overly loud in the pool area so we ended up not using it at all. The pool situation was frustrating, as that was one of the reasons we opted for this hotel versus another option. Surge pricing for local events meant that we paid almost $700 for 2 nights in an uncomfortable room, that was difficult to sleep in, with a pool we didn't even use. The staff was nice and responsive to our requests. The breakfast was okay; I enjoyed the variety of oatmeal toppings. The location is convenient and most activities were walkable. "
