"The hotel was well maintained with the rooms clean and bedding Immaculate. The carpet was cleaned and outside properly was well maintained. We were very impressed and it was our first time staying at a Baymont hotel. The only problem was that the bathtub was slippery while taking a shower, but there were hand bars to hold on to."

"While some of the subcategories in my rating are four stars and above my overall experience was poor, rating it two stars. This room was advertised as sleeping six, however the pull-out sofa bed is about the same size as a twin bed and not sure how they think you can sleep two people on that. When I called the front desk to see if there was a rollaway bed they said they don't have rollaway beds. When I asked how they could sleep six in the room they pushed back on me like it was my problem...

"I specifically requested and confirmed with staff that room was pet free due to allergies, the bed skirting was absolutely covered with pet hair. Dirt and hair behind doors, previous customer hair in tub. Walls very thin, could hear EVERYTHING the adjoining room was doing. Kids were running and yelling down the hallway, adjoining rooms plumbing would rattle in the walls every time they flushed toilet. Property is not well maintained. Hallway to room had an odor mixed with weed smell. Wallpaper...

"I wish I could leave a better review, because the staff were very courteous and nice and tried to be helpful. But I would not stay here again. It took me over half an hour to get checked in, they had to come to my room three days in a row to fix my television, the toilet in the bathroom made a very loud noise every five or 10 minutes (and one night all of the water shut off completely around 11), the air conditioner in the room did a semi-decent job cooling down at night but really struggled to...

"We stayed one night at this hotel and will never stay there again ! I left a pair of women’s black Altra Escalantes size 6 and can’t get any response from hotel on who took them are where they are at. Worst customer service ever…..not to mention a thief amongst them."
