Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Lobby is a great place to hang out in. Almost any restaurant you can think of is within walking distance. Rooms are very clean, only downside is showers have very little water pressure.

All typical good things in this Hilton franchise, but this one need raise the level of the maintenance. I got a room where the AC was not working and making a terrible noise. The front desk employee was very nice and gave me a another room, and in this one at least the AC was working, still making a fan vibration noise. As it was working, I cool off the room first, then I turned it off, and I was able to sleep this way. The rest the typical good quality/price ratio.

The staff were helpful and efficient. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The only downside was that the glass shower door didn't close properly letting water from the shower onto the floor. The drain bung in the sink wouldn’t stay closed making it difficult to keep any water in the sink. The breakfast was excellent and varied.

Very clean and modern hotel with comfortable beds and a pretty good breakfast. The modern, minimalist decor and amenities was overdone. For example no extra blankets or pillows in the room as well as minimal, smallish towels and no bathmat. Could also have used hangars and better clothes rods to hang clothes as well as more plugs in the room near beds. Overall ok stay but I can only imagine a thin genz'er living in a sparse tiny home with an emaciated cat designing this place and feeling good about all the things she left out in her struggle for minimalist perfection and saving the world from global climate change. :-<

Asked for a quiet pet friendly room during the Fourth of July, my dog has p.t.s.d.. Should have stayed in a tent, probably quieter. The shower was rough looking (left unused) as well as the toilet.

This is the second time I have stayed at a Tru facility. Each time has been an amazing experience. The facility itself is clean and modern, the staff was always ready to help with any questions and the breakfast just knocks your socks off. I will be staying at Tru again the next time I travel. You guys have upper the game for other hotel chains of how it should be done.

I think the person who checked us in was ready to go because I saw him leave right after. He forgot the Hilton Honors member perks, but not a super big deal. The only problem we had with the room was the clicking noise that came after every channel change on the TV. I've never EVER experienced anything like that. Very bizarre.

This Tru hotel was a big disappointment. The beds were very uncomfortable and even sagging towards the sides. It caused us to not sleep well at all. When we went to check-in, I was never greeted and had to ask the guy behind the counter if he worked there because he was leaning back and looking at his phone. We were then told the room may not be cleaned yet and we had to wait to find out. We found out after a few minutes that it was ready after all. The guy was nice and polite but totally not interested in being there. The lobby had a pool table and it was full of kids hanging out and playing pool and it was still like that when we returned to the hotel at 11:30 at night. It’s great to have a space for kids but the hotel should be marketed towards families and not business or adult only travelers. Also, the coffee station at the hotel never looked maintained. Plus I went to the breakfast buffet first thing in the morning and the food looked and tasted like it was pulled out from the day before. It was not fresh at all. The location was okay and the outside looked decently maintained but the rest of the experience was a big disappointment. I will pass on staying at a Tru hotel next time I travel due to this experience.

Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable.
