The room was clean enough and the staff were friendly, but it really should have been better communicated that the entire first floor was undergoing major renovations. We get there and were totally convinced by our surroundings that the place was closed down. There were contract workers playing loud music while working, unboxed heating units stacked up everywhere, and had to walk over tarp to get to the elevator. No one was at the front desk to greet us. Better communication about these circumstances would have been preferred.

Hotel was under construction. The whole first floor was unavailable because of the renovations. I was placed on the second floor. There was furniture in the hall because of renovations. The first room I was placed in had a roach infestation. I immediately requested a new room and was given one on the same floor. Seeing the roaches in the first room should have prompted me to just get my money back and find another hotel. It was too late in the evening to do that, so, I just toughed it out. It was not a good experience, and will not book this hotel ever again.

There was no lobby due to construction, just a ling hall with a man at a table with a laptop, credit card machine and a sign stating there is an ADDITIONAL deposit at check-in. He offered it to us for half even though their website states it is even less. When I showed him the hotel website he called me a liar and refused to honor it. We left. Did not stay. Filed a claim for a refund of what we paid for our room.

The room was in great condition. The hotel is currently under renovations but our floor was completed. We were not aware of a $200 deposit upon arrival. We wouldn’t have picked this hotel if we were aware. Literally was just an overnight stop on the way to a horse show.

Dont ever stay here. They change rooms last minute from monthly reservations. Rooms are dirty, mold everywhere, fire alarms taped closed on ceiling, constant construction right above your head, staff lies to your face about helping you and about check out times and pricing. Multiple complaints from multiple guests including us and they refused to help anyone besides repeating “sorry” over and over like thats supposed to make anyone feel better like its been resolved.

The room was dirty. We found toothpaste smeared on the bathroom wall from previous customers that didn’t get cleaned. We also found two roaches. I told staff at check out and showed them pictures. They did express concern and stated they were doing renovations.

It was ok overall

The hotel is under renovations, so there is a lot going on right now. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very basic (no hot food except the do it yourself waffles). The maid service came in my room, but never actually cleaned it (not sure why. She left cleaning supplies in the bathroom, but didn't leave any small towels or fix the beds).

Staff Joseph and KK were terrific. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Give both a raise! My only disappointment was that the AC was not working the morning we checked out, which made packing uncomfortable. Overall very positive experience. I would definitely return for a stay.

I was charged 3 times and they even overdrafted my account. They did fix it but still was a huge hassle. Rooms where ok but sheets had stains. Very small tvs. No commodities in the rooms. They advertise a pool but there isnt one. They turned it into a basketball court. So alot of advertisement with this hotel. The elevator needs work and the door rubs when closing and opening very unsafe. Would not recommend.
