"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Louisville while attending a conference, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and event venues.
What truly stood out, though, was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and welcoming, but I want to especially highlight Kristy at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me with changes to my reservation, handled everything with kindness and professionalism, and made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. Her genuine care and positive energy set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the conference facilities were well-organized and comfortable — a perfect fit for both business and leisure travelers.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Louisville to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a prime location, beautiful environment, and outstanding staff (especially Kristy!) made my stay truly memorable."
"Room and service was amazing. Easy to get to and plenty to do in the area. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we travel to Louisville for here on out. "
"The Brown Hotel is a beautiful classy historical treasure. The room was spacious and clean. We used valet parking but that was unnecessary since self parking was very convenient. Bar staff was great. The chef even stopped to chat about our shrimp & grits which was so so good. It was a short walk to Fourth Street Live area and most restaurants but it seemed super safe and clean. I would recommend 100%."
"Had a great check in and loved my amenity package after a long day of travel. Valet line was long but went quickly. Only downside is that it was after dark and we had someone lean into our car window while we were in line, asking for money. But we understand the hotel is downtown. Love the common sitting area outside our room (shared with three others "
"If you're looking for a unique place to stay in Louisville, KY, then look no further than this bed and breakfast. Rich and Brian are two of the most fantastic hosts, as well as being genuinely kind humans, and their goal is to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible, while making a genuine effort to get to know and connect with their guests. The inn is gorgeous, having been recently remodeled and updated while still maintaining touches of history and preserving the uniqueness that the building deserves. The rooms themselves are immaculately clean and beautiful, with a plethora of little personal touches and amenities. This is a TRUE Bed and Breakfast, with breakfast offered every morning. Guests get to choose from a menu of several delectable dishes, and are also offered freshly baked bread and jam made in-house with their morning meal. The owners even ask ahead of time if your party has any food sensitives, allergies, or dietary needs, and this is truly so thoughtful. This inn is a hidden gem in an industry full of monotony and cookie cutter hospitality, and was such a breath of fresh air to visit while on our trip in Louisville. We plan on visiting Louisville annually, and will never stay anywhere else when we're in town!"
