Some sticky stuff on the table in the room where it was not cleaned properly and the room smelled like burnt wood. Also, the rooftop restaurant was advertised open until 10 but had already closed the kitchen when we went up at 9:40.

One of my two prepaid rooms was not ready on arrival, and they took a long time to move me to another, less secure room. I needed a king bed but ended up without one, with no discount or refund. Staff had a problem they couldn't seem to solve.

Had a great stay. The beds could be newer and the wood frame stuck out so I hit my knee every time I walk past the foot of the bed and ended up with a really gross bruise. Breakfast options at the hotel would have been nice. Other than that we had good time.

We were welcomed like coming home for the holidays from the time we arrived with Kevin checking us in to going to breakfast where the girls were on their game with what to do, where to go, things to see-all in beat with filling drinks, cleaning up & being happy! LOVELY I would recommend this hotel & stay here again any time I came back to Louisville!

The staff at check in and at the restaurant were great. It was very clean. We were in a room by a parking garage that was very loud at 3am which I assume when the bars closed. The next morning when we tried to leave the valet staff were late to come in which delayed our departure time.
