"The lobby staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the bathroom had hairs and visible stains and rust. The floors had incredible obvious steaks like they were mopped with dirty water. The AC wasn’t working properly, I tried the lowest temperature and the room still was hot and made the loudest sound possible. You could hear everything going on at the other rooms. This is not worth the price, if you can pay this I recommend you stay elsewhere."

"We’ve staid here many times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay but this may have been the last time. When we checked in we didn’t have any towels, rooms are getting run down and need updating, kids pool was freezing cold both times that we went, and the floor in pool area was quite dirty it gave me an ick feeling. We also tried the dinner buffet in the restaurant and was not good at all. Not sure if we will be back but I have to say the staff are always amazing. So friendly and helpful."

"The stay would have been fine had I not been woken up at midnight due to the hotel deciding that was a good time to bring in a duct cleaning company to pressure wash the ducts. I had to call two times to the front desk before they actually stopped with barley an apology. Who in their right mind thinks bringing in a company to do any sort of loud work at midnight without warning to guests is even remotely a good idea. Would never stay here again after that."
