Private Hot Tub Overlooking Blue River with Private Heated Garage

Beautifully designed condo with a deck overlooking the Blue River and Gore mountain range. Enjoy the private Salt water hot tub while taking in some mountain views. Walk along the river to restaurants, coffee, shopping, parks, performing arts theatre, and the public recreation center that includes workout and swimming facilities. Private, heated garage parking plus plenty of other shared spaces outside condo.

Silverthorne is centrally located in Summit County, providing equal access to Keystone, Breckenridge, A-basin, and Copper. Vail is ~ 30 minute drive. Enjoy this quiet space that feels away from it all but provides convenient access to everything you may need. No need to stock up on groceries or other essentials ahead of time as we have quick access to Target and grocery stores. Super comfy beds -- twin with twin pullout trundlebed in the guest room. Master bedroom has queen bed with tempur pedic mattress. Note: We are situated on the second floor with no access to an elevator.

We are located 8 minutes off of I70, a 5 minute walk to the Fourth Street Crossing development with food and bars and the free Summit Stage bus stop. Take a leisurely stroll or jog right outside the condo along the Blue River biking/jogging/walking trail. The free bus provides access to all nearby mountain towns, Keystone and Copper being the quickest/easiest. Contact me directly for more details on the bus. Great lodging for skiing

This is one of our favorite properties we've stayed at for ski trips. The unit was comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving implements, and the private garage was great. The balcony hot tub was the cherry on top!

Family ski trip

This condo was great for our family of four. The location is great with walkability and trails along the river as well as access to restaurants and businesses. Everything was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. Patio is large with the great hot tub and the garage was awesome as well. We had a great stay!

Great place, great location

We had a great time at this condo. The location is central to stores and restaurants, even walkable to a few places. The condo was quiet, clean and had the most well-stocked kitchen supplies of any place I have stayed. The hot tub was probably my favorite part :) Such a lovely view of the river while recovering from a day on the mountain. It was even heated and ready for us when we arrived, and we appreciated that so much! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Awesome hot tub!,,

We stayed here in early January to have a weekend getaway. It is a beautifully decorated condo, excellent location and you cannot beat the heated garage and the hot tub. The owners were incredibly friendly and very good at communicating. We will be back!

Amazing condo in the perfect location!

This was our first time to Colorado and this condo and location made it an awesome trip! The condo was really clean and had a perfect layout. The hosts were great to respond to questions and provided a lot of extras! The showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The private hot tub on the balcony was an added bonus with a great view! We also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the common areas. The location is perfect for walking to several restaurants, shopping and a park. We also loved just walking on the path along the river right outside the condo. We would definitely book this unit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place!

Perfect location

This property was perfect for my family. We have a 15 month old and having the park across the street was amazing. This is a perfect spot on the blue river. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the baby went to bed. We will definitely stay again!

I stayed here over 4th of July weekend with my husband. The property is clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved the private salt water hot tub on the balcony. I normally hate hot tubs because of the chemical smell and dry skin, but not this one. I Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo!! We slept great on the comfortable bed and pillows. The leather couch was such a nice spot that we checked the label to buy one like it. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony hot tub and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The heated garage and high-end washer & dryer were all very convenient. We walked across the river one night to try out the restaurant that Jessica recommended, and it was quite tasty with a nice ambience. I highly recommend this condo for a ski vacation. We’re thinking about visiting the condo again sometime in the Summer months.

The condo smelled as clean as it looked, appeared as pictured online and the stay was super comfortable. Jessica, the condo owner, was so helpful! She provided pointers for areas of interest, places to eat, and super accomodating. She allowed us to unload our luggage in the heated garage while the cleaning crew finished. We couldn't be any happier with the selection of this condo! The hottub after an evening of snowmobiling was the icing on the cake! I can go on and on, but the review has to end! Great job with this setup!

We had an amazing stay in this condo! It is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need. The bed is super comfy and the bathrooms are huge! The hot tub was very nice after a tiring day. The location is also great. It is really close to the Silverthorne outlets with restaurants and stores in walking distance! There is a target, a grocery store, and many other shops and restaurants within a 2-5 minute drive. There is also a nice paved bike/walking trail and river right behind the condo. Drinking my coffee in the morning I would sit and listen to the river flowing by. This was a beautiful Colorado getaway!
