Fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, you`ll find plenty of space to relax with two bedrooms with balconies + a Den with bunk beds. The wrap-around balcony allows you to savor the pretty sights & sounds of the Blue River just 50 yards away. With a Weber grill, Henckel cutlery, instant pot, blender, and more, (see photos) you`ll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Silverthorne`s Town Center is only .8 miles away, so you can easily explore the area. Families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts alike will appreciate the condo`s ideal location, just minutes away from ski resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, and Cooper, and 32 miles to Vail and 43 miles to Ski Cooper. There are also plenty of activities nearby such as hiking, fishing, and admiring the colorful autumn leaves. The condo includes thoughtful extras such as additional beds, two humidifiers, three portable fans, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, AC in the Family Room, a washer-dryer, two free parking spots, and enough bedding for nine people. [Note: There is an additional charge for each additional guest over the total of six.] 1.3 miles from RT. 70, Exit 205.
