Saysbit was refunded butbi never recieved it called again they said nothing we can do"

"Everything is very comfortable. I didn’t realize the bed had to be pulled out so it was difficult moving through where my daughters were sleeping to get downstairs but probably my fault. I didn’t look into it close enough."
