"What makes this hotel the place to choose is hands-down, the amazing staff! Tony, who is the weekend manager, went above and beyond for us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that were well informed regarding our stay. He had wonderful advice on a nearby city to visit and a delicious pizza recommendation! His graciousness, competence, and generous nature made this the place that we will choose over and over when we are looking near JFK airport! Thank you, Tony, from this Minnesota family! Whatever they’re paying Tony, he deserves a raise! The rest of the staff there were also very conscientious. The rooms were fine, nothing spectacular, but they were clean and the location is so close to JFK airport (with a shuttle service going there every hour). The prices are reasonable for the area, as well. This hotel is a good choice for a place to stay!"

It’s just one corner away from the train, and there’s a bus that passes right in front, which makes getting around very easy.The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and feels safe. We even arrived late at night from Times Square and felt completely comfortable and secure.The house itself is modern, very clean, fresh, and spacious. Everything was well kept and exactly as described.The host was always available and handled any small issue we had quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated.Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again."

"The house is even better than expected. The pictures don't even do it justice. It is more spacious and was very clean. All the basic appliances needed are there, even an air fryer. There was even water in the fridge for us. I would definitely book again! "

"I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered, which made the situation even more stressful. Awful communication "
