"Ithe property was clean and neat. My only wualm is that the rooms are tight. The only way to relax is to lay on the beds. There wasbsrely rnough room to move around the room. For this resson i think its overpriced"

"Perfect. Clean and very accessible to what we needed. Went for Ryder Cup easy access to parking area. Also into City for Yankees game. "

"GREAT location. furnishings of the home? Meh. the sofa was so cheap I could feel the springs in it. Dining room chairs are cheap plastic. Its a flip so the over all construction is cheap, making the clean home - newly designed feel dirty. Check out is 9am which for a vacation home is unrealistic. the exterior deck sofa was cheap. The towels were old & mis matched. Not a luxury feel at all. The basement bedroom / bathroom- the smell of mold was everywhere. The wall in the basement was deteriorating. Water spots on the ceilings - IMO the basement rooms were not usable. The house has debris from construction all in the drawers & closets. It lacks any form of luxury. But its walking distance to the beach & restaurants. The neighbors were having a fight all weekend- loved the domestic violence, it was obvious this was a regular occurrences. Only street parking. not guaranteed. Only 1 TV. Not all blinds were working - leaving windows exposed. Needs a Keurig. "

"The location was ok, the pictures make it look more spacious than it is. It does look like it’s been newly renovated, but cheaply. Almost all the blinds throughout the apartment were broken. The beds were loose and squeaky and the mattresses were a step up from a dorm room mattress. If the beds had been upgraded with more comfortable mattresses iI could give it a higher rating. The apartment was clean, but had a strong smell of commercial cleaning chemicals.I expected more for what I paid. when it came to parking, there is no designated parking spot. Often we were unable to park in front of the apartment and once had to go around the block to find a pace to park. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms had sugar aunts."

"Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast. Also tons of restaurants around that are all mom and pop run and the food is really good. You can park right in front of the house and has a nice patio to sit on the deck and can hear the ocean from it. Also owner went out of her way to accomodate our special need requests and was very informative to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much again! "
