"Wifi was down the the whole morning I was there. Very disappointing especially given the pricepoint. Was down from around 8AM to check out at 1PM"

"No clear explanation of what are timings of transportation , breakfast etc , also they just ask to sign paper without explaining exact details & reason for credit card payment .. Staff need to be more professional in treating customers . "

"I was here to help my son as he was relocating to LB . Rooms were spotless & stocked well with Beekmans products The staff were so helpful and gracious, I was there a week so they greeted name by name. Reuben , the manager even helped me get my rental car of its parking space after the blizzard! Since it was winter and the pool wasn't being used they made up for the resort fee with $30 vouchers for the restaurant and bar. And the staff there was helpful and wonderful as well. All this and right smack dab on the beach and boardwalk near so many great restaurants within walking distance. I can only imagine how magical it would be to stay here in the summer!! "I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered, which made the situation even more stressful. Awful communication "

"Truly a nightmare. I cried when I walked in. Multiple dead bugs in the bedroom and bathroom. Trash on the floor. Loose screws on the floor. The sink didn’t seem to be wiped down. There were mystery spots of gunk splattered across the bathroom cabinets. They failed to mention there’s no hot water in the shower, so I couldn’t bathe the entire time I was there. The bathroom window (the one window in the space) didn’t lock and is street facing. The bed was uncomfortable, and by this point I wondered if the bedding was even clean. Closest spot nearby was a liquor store. I felt duped and desperate to stay anywhere else. I feel obligated to deter others from wasting money on this."
