"We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and clean apartment in Long Beach. The apartment is conveniently located in a calm neighborhood with unblocked views of the ocean, short walk away from the LIRR train station (55 min train ride to Penn Station in Manhattan), and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment had everything we needed, and the kitchen/dining room/living room area was perfect for the 4 of us to hang out. There were always open parking spots right in front of the apartment, which was really practical. "

"Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast. Also tons of restaurants around that are all mom and pop run and the food is really good. You can park right in front of the house and has a nice patio to sit on the deck and can hear the ocean from it. Also owner went out of her way to accomodate our special need requests and was very informative to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much again! "

"The location and host was outstanding. The house was in good order. The challenges we had were mice and cleanliness. We had to re-wash most of the kitchen and cooking ware as well as a some sheets that were dirty. The host addressed the mice immediately but not somehthing you want to deal with when spending a Holiday Weekend away. "
