Gentleman at reception was really kind and helpful, explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. "We had a wonderful layover stay at the Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise. Our 2 bedroom suite was large, clean and well appointed. We ordered room service after our long flight and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. The robe, slippers and other amenities were much appreciated, and all of the service staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again when I have another layover at ICN. My granddaughter also enjoyed the nice playground area before we left to go back to the airport on the complimentary shuttle!"
