"無人のチェックインの施設です。私は、今回は、ゲストを3箇所利用しましたが館内は、とても静かでした。ホストは、こちらのメッセージに対して、すぐ返信があり、きちんとコミニュケーションをしてくれる方でした。海外のゲストハウスのキオスクでのチェックイン等に慣れていれば、キッチン、ランドリーもあるので、快適に過ごせるように思います。シャトルサービスは、使用していません。空港直通列車の雲西の駅から荷物があれば、10分以上かかりますが、歩く事に慣れていれば、問題ないと思います。シャワーを使うと便座が濡れるので、大きなポリ袋をかぶせて使用するなど、工夫したら良いと思います。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。"

"I was a little scared to book a hotel that was so cheap but I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very straightforward and easy to communicate with. The room even had an LG stylist steamer closet which was such a bonus. Will absolutely book here again when I visit Korea."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient for us because we used a luggage storage service in the building right next door. We didn’t realize how close it was until we arrived, and it made our trip so much easier. Another big advantage was the complimentary airport shuttle. It picks you up from Terminal 1 and takes you directly to the hotel, and it also provides transportation back to the airport, which was very convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and everything worked well for our short stay. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"This transit hotel is in departures and if you do NOT have a thru checkin then you will be in soup. I ended up at the airport midnight and at 1am got the boarding pass from a kiosk for a 4:50pm flight but couldn’t drop my checkin bag as the counters were closed. So it was a hassle to go thru security and throw away some stuff and finally made it. But once you are there you will enjoy. You can’t get out of course. But staff were amazing and flexible and give you 24 hrs checkout time. Clean place. Would definitely do it again if I have a thru checkin or if I don’t have checkin bags with me."

"The staff at this hotel are what make it wonderful. I was so impressed by how attentive they were in ensuring that my stay was a relaxing retreat. They went above and beyond to help me navigate all of the many amenities available sincey there was a bit of a language barrier. My junior suite was so luxurious and the black out shades made my evening’s sleep a complete success. I loved all the little small details in the room, including the sweets, coffee, tea, and water that they provided. The airport shuttle was really great. It was expedient and timely, removing one possible stress travelers face, getting to their flights on time. My short stay was not long enough so I know that next time, I will book the same room but for longer so that I can experience more time with the many amenities."
