"We would’ve loved a bath but that’s just personal preference. Parking was good as we had spaces outside our apartment. Rooms were clean. Shower was pretty weak pressure wise which wasn’t ideal but the shower area itself was a big area. "

"Room was lovely with a balcony and loch view. Bathroom had been renovated recently and was nice and clean. Shower was nice. Couldn’t find how to turn off the radiator in the bathroom so it was a sauna in there. The bed was a nice firm mattress which was a nice surprise. Dinner was really good. I wanted to tip using the card machine but couldnt due to hotel rules and had no cash on me. Breakfast was fine. Didn’t use the pool etc. Would stay again."

"The staff was excellent! We rolled in at 8:45 and the restaurant closed at 9. The receptionist called the restaurant and asked them to get us a table ready. The restaurant staff was great! They did not mind that we came in so close to closing! "

When showed the manager the photos of the state of the room Was told the compact rooms are small that was not the issue it was the filth. I knew the room was going to be small. "Such a lovely place, very clean, great location. The room was actually much nicer than it looks in the photos. Much nicer and bigger. Although the restaurant was closed during our stay, the host provided with small breakfast items and refilled everyday. Will definitely stay again "

"Perpetually understaffed. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on other reviews. One staff member running the restaurant and reception so you have to hunt them down to check in and then hope you can get a table. And then it's an extremely long wait to get any service. During my stay I witnessed other customers clearing tables to help the rushed and visibly stressed member of staff"
