The room was very spacious, clean and I absolutely loved the view(14th floor, overlooking the courtyard/city). I'm definitely going to stay here again the next time I come back to L.A. "

"On our first night there, water was shut down for repair from 10P to 6P. Hotel provided each room with bottles of water for sanitary. It also provided a bottle of hand sanitizer. All hotel guests can eat breakfast for free the next morning which we already had with our booking. Breakfast was good except for the part that if you want cook foods such as eggs etc … you have to pay extra which we were not informed at check in or we first entered the restaurant. Hotel location is super close to Universal Studio. Shuttles run every 15 mns. Only 1 minor note … parking fee is too high. "
