"We enjoyed our 10-day stay at this conveniently located and roomy apartment, an easy walk to the main piazza in downtown Siena. It was clean and had a well-supplied kitchen and laundry, two key requirements for us for week-plus stays. The property manager met us at the door with the key and showed us around. "A great hotel - friendly, welcoming & very friendly staff. Very helpful & I really felt welcomed! The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
