Freshly Renovated Apartment in the Historic Centre - San Marco Street

***PLEASE NOTE - For the next few days, air conditioning in the bedroom is being provided by a portable unit I've just bought; the fixed unit has broken down, and I do not expect the service center to resolve the issue until the second week of July. The living room, as previously, isn't conditioned but there is a fan avaliable.***

This luminous and cosy apartment is located in the beautiful Via San Marco, in the medieval centre of Siena. It is divided into a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped brand new kitchen (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwawe and capsule coffee machine) a large bedroom with king size bed and a modern bathroom.

All the city center is a limited traffic area but there is a very close parking, "Parcheggio il Duomo" (Covered): it is very near but it can be reached by car without any resident permit. There are also payment parkings on street outside of the walls of the city, not far from the apartment. It is not possible to reach the front door by car. (But parking il Duomo is very near, no worries!)
Free parkings are also possible in the area of Porta Laterina, 10 mins walking
If you arrive by train, the station is outside the city center. It is possible to reach the apartment by taxi in less than 15 minutes
