The apartment, just renovated, is located on 4th (and top) floor of a building (WITHOUT elevator) and has 2 amazing 100sqm terraces which offer a unique and unforgettable view of the city, in particularly of the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco.
The spacious living area is made up of a living room with sofas, tv, crystal table and a large kitchen with every accessory including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. The sleeping area is composed by 2 large double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (plus a cot for children from 0 to 5 years old). There are also 2 bathrooms, both with shower, and a cellar on the ground floor for storage, or bike / motorbike garage.
Close to home there are: bus stop, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, gym and church. The area is really quiet even if it's very close to the center and is well connected to the station which is only 1km away (15 min walk).
