About this property

New! Luxury Apartment in the Historic Centre of Siena

  • Arranged over the top two floors of a traditional 18th century Sienese building, our apartment is a 200m2 duplex located in the very heart of the historic centre. It's just a short stroll through Siena's most beautiful streets to all the main sights including the world famous Piazza del Campo (5 minutes) and stunning Duomo (10 minutes). Siena's palazzi, museums and galleries, restaurants, boutiques and cafes are all close by. A wonderfully equipped supermarket with delicious fresh deli counter is 2 minutes walk away and local paid parking options are available.

    Siena is a dream; we hope you enjoy the city and our apartment as much as we do.

    Our apartment has 3 huge bedrooms (one with French doors leading to a small garden terrace) and 2 modern bathrooms. During our renovation, we retained all the original Tuscan features of the apartment including magnificent ceiling beams and tiles throughout, and repolished parquet and terracotta floor tiles in the bedrooms.

    The apartment comprises:
    • 200m² duplex in an 18th century building
    • Three double bedrooms with fresh luxury linens:
    - Bedroom 1: Super King bed (180cm x 200cm) with an original marble fireplace
    - Bedroom 2: Super King bed (180cm x 200cm), with a small garden terrace
    - Bedroom 3: Two Small Double beds (120cm x 200cm), with an original marble sink
    • Two full bathrooms with spacious showers and heated towel-rails
    • Large and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine
    • Dining room with views across the Sienese countryside
    • Living room with 55 inch Smart TV
    • Ultra-fast Wi-Fi
    • A/C in every room
    • Centrally heated, with radiators in each room
    • Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board

    Parking

    The apartment is in a quiet residential street within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), meaning it is generally closed to cars. Parking is normally available at the San Francisco public car park or a close-by private car park, each 5-10 minutes walk away. Other parking options are also available.
