"I visited Siena for the Palio, once last year and again this year staying at the Hotel Duomo both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future. "
